Head of CRM

Head of CRM for an international product company in the iGaming sector. Development and management of CRM strategy, growth of key performance indicators. Office in Limassol.

We are an international product company in the iGaming sector with a presence in Turkey, Europe, Africa, and Asia. We are currently looking for a Head of CRM to lead the department and be responsible for the development of the CRM strategy and the growth of key performance indicators. Key responsibilities: — Development and management of CRM strategy and retention plans; — Setting and achieving KPIs for performance growth (casino/sportsbook); — Planning and launching promotional campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness; — Team management and development of the CRM department.

Key requirements: — Experience as Head of CRM / CRM Lead in iGaming for at least 3 years; — Experience in team management and CRM process development; — Strong analytical skills and understanding of CRM metrics; — Experience with cross-branding.
