Senior Client Service Specialist

Senior Client Service Specialist at a large food manufacturer. Responsibilities include order processing, coordination, and team leadership. Requires 1+ years experience, SAP/1C and advanced Excel.

Receiving and processing customer orders and submitting requests to transport companies for delivery of goods to regions; monitoring timely order fulfillment and checking prices in orders (tracking deadlines, prices, payment amounts from customers and minimum order level - SAP program); adjusting order terms when necessary, informing clients about changes in order parameters; coordinating work of departments and employees involved in order fulfillment; conducting measures to control client compliance with agreed shipment parameters; participating in development, automation of processes and implementation of projects related to the activities of the client service department; active work and interaction with other company departments (accounting, sales department, quality control department, purchasing department, production planning department, transport and warehouse logistics department, etc.) to ensure shipment of goods, resolve conflicts and fulfill assigned tasks; working with electronic document management (working in the "Kontur" system); monitoring adjustments of primary documents and their sending to clients when necessary; identifying causes of violations of contract terms, organizing measures to eliminate and prevent them; managing, training and monitoring the work of client service specialists within the area of responsibility; preparing analytical reports, reports, certificates on behalf of the manager.

Higher education (economics/logistics/enterprise management/marketing); practical experience of at least 1 year in a similar position (mandatory), as well as experience in data analytics and calculation of NPS, CSI, OTIF indicators by clients (desirable); knowledge of SAP and/or 1C; knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and PowerPoint at an advanced user level.
