Senior Affiliate Manager (iGaming / Betting & Casino — Tier-3)

International iGaming company seeks Senior Affiliate Manager for Tier-3 markets. Remote or office in Cyprus. Focus on scaling affiliate network in Betting and Casino verticals.

International product iGaming company (direct advertiser in Betting & Casino verticals) is looking for an experienced and autonomous Senior Affiliate Manager to scale the affiliate network in developing Tier-3 markets. Tasks: • Search, attract, and onboard partners for Tier-3 target markets: webmasters, media buying teams, influencers, streamers, and local agents. • Systematically develop the current partner base, maximize volumes, and increase player LTV. • Negotiate commercial terms and manage deals under RevShare, Hybrid, Fix, CPA models with a focus on profitability and unit economics. • Work with key traffic sources: SEO, Telegram channels/communities, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, etc. • Conduct end-to-end partner performance analysis by metrics: FTD, NGR, GGR, ROI, Retention, Conversion Rate, identify and cut off non-targeted traffic. • Monitor the market, find new connections, and launch promising directions from scratch. • Interact with product, marketing, and payment solution teams to optimize conversions.

• At least 3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming niche (Betting / Casino). • Proven successful experience in attracting and scaling affiliate partners. • Practical experience with Tier-3 markets, understanding the specifics of local audience behavior and payments. • Excellent understanding of payment models (RevShare, Hybrid, Fix, CPA) and traffic profitability analytics. • Developed negotiation skills, ability to argue terms and defend brand interests. • English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above for business communication. • Will be a plus: own active partner base for developing markets, experience launching GEO from scratch, experience with multiple brands simultaneously, or knowledge of a second foreign language (French/Arabic).
