Affiliate Manager

Affiliate Manager for a FinTech company. Remote. Salary $1700-2000 + bonuses. Experience in affiliate marketing and grey niches required.

Responsibilities: Development and management of the affiliate direction. Finding, onboarding, and developing partners. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners. Monitoring KPI performance and partner channel efficiency. Optimizing workflows and completing assigned tasks. Interacting with the team to achieve business goals.

Mandatory experience in affiliate direction. Desirable experience in a leadership position for 1+ years. Experience with grey niches (gambling, betting, etc.) is an advantage. Self-reliance, responsibility, and result orientation. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and organize work independently.

Salary: $1700–2000 + bonus system. Schedule: 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+3), flexible within tasks, no strict time tracking. Opportunity to influence results and increase income.
