Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager

Join a performance-focused international company in Cyprus as an Affiliate Manager. Office-based in Limassol/Paphos/Nicosia. English required. Salary up to €4,000 gross plus bonuses.

This international company with a strong performance culture is growing its partner program. As part of the performance marketing team, you will be the key person for working with partners: affiliates, influencers, and publishers. Responsibilities include: finding, onboarding, and managing strong affiliates, influencers, and publishers (Tier 1-2 geos); optimizing campaigns through testing, data analysis, and ROI-focused decisions; negotiating terms and serving as the main contact for partners; analyzing results, scaling what works, and fixing what doesn't; collaborating with design, development, media buying, and content teams; and representing the company at industry conferences.

Already living in Cyprus and ready to work from the office. Experience in affiliate, performance, or digital marketing: Middle from 1.5 years, Senior from 4 years. Understanding of EPC, LTV, CR, CTR metrics and ability to optimize campaigns. Confident work with spreadsheets and dashboards. Ability to negotiate and build relationships with partners. English B2 (team does not speak Russian). Nice to have: experience in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce, and knowledge of affiliate platforms.

Salary: Middle €2,000–3,000 / Senior €3,000–4,000 gross + performance bonuses. Office-based with flexible start times.
