Senior Affiliate Manager position in a CPA network with 10+ years of experience in Gambling and Dating verticals. Requires 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, a strong webmaster base, and English B2+. Fully remote role, excluding candidates from RF and RB.

We are a CPA network with over 10 years of market experience, working with Gambling and Dating (adult) verticals. Our team consists of professionals who value results and independence. We are currently looking for a strong Senior Affiliate Manager.

Experience in CPA network / affiliate marketing from 2 years Possession of an active webmaster base Experience with trackers: HasOffers, Cake, Everflow, Binom, etc. Understanding of models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL Experience in Gambling and/or Dating (expertise in one of the verticals is considered) Skills in fraud monitoring and fraud prevention Experience with various geos and traffic sources Strong negotiation skills English B2+ (working with English-speaking webmasters, calls, conferences)

Fixed rate (discussed based on experience) % of profit (starting from 5% with growth after probation) Working with external offers (no own product) Growth opportunities to team lead Large holding company with established processes Fully remote work (excluding RF and RB) Adequate management without micromanagement
