Affiliate Manager needed for a remote role in the Crypto/Fintech space to scale user acquisition through strategic partnerships. Requires 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to scale user acquisition through strategic partnerships in the crypto/fintech space. Key Responsibilities: • Recruit, onboard & manage high-performing affiliates • Build long-term partner relationships • Negotiate commission structures & partnership deals • Monitor traffic quality & optimize campaign performance • Analyze ROI and performance metrics • Work closely with partners to maximize results

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing • Experience in fintech / crypto preferred • Candidates with iGaming / Forex background and crypto experience are also considered • Strong communication & negotiation skills • English must have • Additional languages are a plus • Experience with Impact, PartnerStack, Awin, CJ or similar tools • Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models

Nice to have: • Experience with crypto wallets, exchanges, neobanks, cards, DeFi or fintech products • Familiarity with SEO, cashback, paid-media or mobile affiliates • Experience scaling international affiliate programs • Strong analytical & execution-focused mindset • Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments
