CRM Manager for a Gambling Project
We are looking for a CRM Manager for a young project in the Gambling industry. Remote full-time position. Requires 2+ years of experience as a CRM specialist (iGaming/Gambling).
We are looking for someone to join our team who will help us grow through CRM: enhancing player retention and LTV through well-thought-out funnels, personalized communications, and effective bonus management. This role bridges analytics, marketing, and product – it's important not just to launch campaigns, but to understand the entire user journey and systematically improve it: from registration to retention. A data-driven approach is crucial for us: the ability to work with CRM data, analyze player behavior, and translate insights into concrete actions. A significant part of the work will involve personalization – audience segmentation and launching targeted communications via email, push, SMS, and onsite channels.
2+ years of experience as a CRM specialist (iGaming/Gambling).
Remote work, full-time.
