5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partner management in crypto, trading, or fintech Strong network of affiliates, KOLs, and partners across CIS, LATAM, and Europe Understanding of affiliate traffic tools, paid channels, and growth funnels Confident negotiator and communicator with a track record of closing deals Fluent English (C1+); other languages are a plus
