Affiliate Manager / Partner Manager

SWAPO, a Web3 project in the crypto ecosystem, seeks an Affiliate Manager to attract users and grow the partner network. Remote, flexible schedule. Income is 40-60% of service commission from referred users.

Company: SWAPO — a Web3 project developing cryptocurrency services and tools in the Telegram ecosystem. Main responsibilities: - Attract users through social networks, Telegram channels, thematic communities, and referral programs. - Search for potential partners, ambassadors, content creators, and community owners. - Test and develop effective audience acquisition channels. - Work with a personal referral link and track results. - Develop long-term cooperation with partners to increase the number of active SWAPO users.

No experience required, but knowledge in affiliate marketing, SMM, digital marketing, or the cryptocurrency industry is an advantage. We are looking for proactive candidates ready to independently find an audience, establish partner contacts, and test different promotion methods. Important qualities: independence, communication skills, ability to work with limited resources, and result orientation.

- Compensation: 40-60% of the service commission received from referred users, depending on cooperation terms. - No fixed salary; income depends on results and volume of commissions. - Trial week to get acquainted with the project and test promotion channels. - After the trial period, payments start per the affiliate program terms. - Initially, marketing budgets are limited; skills in attracting audience with minimal costs are welcome (organic traffic, thematic communities, content marketing, personal recommendations, mutually beneficial placements). - Fully remote format and flexible schedule.
