Online bank and fintech team looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to acquire new corporate clients, develop long-term business relationships, and promote the Bank's digital banking, payment and financial solutions. Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new corporate clients through outbound sales, referrals, networking, partnerships and other channels - Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets - Conduct prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking and industry events - Understand clients' business, financial needs and payment requirements - Present and promote the Bank's products and services - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing - Coordinate the client onboarding process with Compliance, KYC/AML, Operations and Account Management teams - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling - Develop relationships with business owners, CFOs, finance directors and other senior decision-makers - Maintain accurate information about leads, opportunities and activities in the CRM - Monitor market trends, competitors and new opportunities in fintech, banking and payments - Represent the Bank at conferences, networking events and business meetings

2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Banking, Fintech or Payments Proven track record of achieving sales or revenue targets Experience with corporate clients, SMEs or international businesses Strong understanding of banking, payments, fintech or financial services Strong commercial and analytical mindset Excellent English communication skills Experience working with CRM systems
