About the school: Pavel Leshchev is a physical rehabilitation specialist with over 18 years of experience. He helps people restore mobility and maintain joint, spine, and musculoskeletal health. He teaches safe self-recovery methods at home. What to sell: Courses: Healthy Legs, Healthy Knees, Hip Joint, Healthy Lower Back, Healthy Neck, etc. Average check 14,990 RUB. Work scheme (hybrid): Systematic sales (from daily webinars), launches. Responsibilities: Process course applications: phone, messengers, email. Provide feedback on webinar questions. Issue invoices and control payments. Work mainly with hot and warm leads. Maintain client database and reporting in CRM (GetCourse). Meet sales plan.

Experience in sales for more than 2 years. Experience in online schools from 1 year. Successful sales experience both on calls and in correspondence. Experience in sales in medicine, health, or nutrition is welcome. Desire to help people, empathy. Willingness to work with an audience aged 60+.

Remote work format, 2/2 schedule. Be available 10-22 Moscow time. Income from 150,000 RUB, during sales 200,000+ RUB. Internship lasts 1 month. During internship: fixed 2000 RUB/day + 4% from personal sales. After internship: 6.5% from personal sales if plan met, 5% if not, 8% from sales without plan. Probation period 2 months.
