Sales manager for online school (remote)

Sales manager for an international online chess school for children. Remote, salary 40,000-100,000 RUB plus bonuses. Process inbound requests and sell subscriptions.

Responsibilities: Process incoming requests from interested parents (no cold outreach). Book children for free trial lessons. Communicate with parents via WhatsApp and phone. Present programs and sell subscriptions. Handle objections and drive customers to payment. Manage clients and record results in CRM. Meet sales targets and monitor conversion.

At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in online education. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to build trusting relationships with clients. CRM skills. Responsibility, autonomy, result orientation. Willingness to work with clients across different time zones.
