Sales Manager for Legal Services

Remote Sales Manager for legal services firm. Handle client inquiries from Profi.ru, close deals. Salary: 40,000 RUB/month + 10% commission.

In a law firm, we are looking for a Sales Manager. The main channel for attracting clients is Profi.ru. Your task is to understand the client's request, offer a suitable legal service, and bring negotiations to a contract and payment. What to do: • Work with inquiries from Profi.ru: conduct correspondence, calls, and follow-ups. • Identify client needs, present the firm's services, explain cost and work process. • Handle objections, support contract signing and payment. • Record agreements in CRM and transfer paid cases to lawyers.

• Specialist with sales experience in legal services or a lawyer with sales skills. • A person who can sell over the phone and in correspondence, takes initiative, and follows through to results. • Experience in selling legal services and working with Profi.ru will be a significant advantage. • Legal education is desirable but not required: we consider experienced salespeople with the firm's lawyer support.

• Fully remote work (Russian citizenship required). • Schedule 5/2 or 6/2 from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time. • Fixed part: 40,000 ₽ per month after taxes. • Main part: 10% of money actually received from deals you close.
