Sales Manager

Remote sales manager with fixed pay + commission for a business consulting project.

Work with an existing client base, handle incoming requests via chat and phone, identify client needs, present suitable formats, organize meetings with experts, follow up until payment, maintain CRM, provide short reports, and suggest improvements.

Experience in selling services, preferably consulting, education, or B2B. Excellent communication, active listening, objection handling, CRM discipline, and independence.

Remote work. Fixed salary plus sales commission. Client base and project materials provided. Work hours and details discussed before starting.
