Sales Manager for Client Service

Sales manager for client service in EdTech company Ukids, remote, 80,000–160,000 RUB/month, full-time.

Ukids is an EdTech company helping children master future skills. We are growing and looking for someone who can build dialogue, listen to the client and find solutions. You will interact with people already familiar with our products. Your task is to revive contact, understand current needs and offer a suitable solution from the Ukids line and our partners' products. Responsibilities: • Revive old contacts: call clients who have previously interacted with the company, offering them new opportunities and solutions; • Call existing clients, offering additional products; • Maintain pace: make at least 10 calls with at least 3 minutes of dialogue; • Listen and understand: identify current client needs, handle objections and select ideal offers to address their pain points; • Move toward the goal: record every interaction in the CRM system, advancing deals through the sales funnel.

• Experience in active sales from 1 year; • Experience in EdTech - a plus; • Working with objections and identifying needs; • Persistence and result orientation.

• Fully remote format; • Working hours from 10:00 to 19:00 MSK, 5 days a week; • Fixed rate 40,000 RUB + up to 10% from sales - compensation depends on you; • Clear probation period - 1 month; • Cooperation with a growing EdTech product and a strong team.
