Client Development Manager

ElNetMed, an IT company under N3.Group, seeks a Client Development Manager. Salary from 200k RUB, in Saint Petersburg or hybrid.

ElNetMed is a young and actively growing IT company within the N3.Group. We are the largest official operator for transmitting medical data to the Unified State Information System in Healthcare (EGISZ) of the Russian Ministry of Health for private clinics. Our product N3.Health is a cloud service for exchanging medical information, helping medical organizations optimize business processes and develop digital solutions. Due to company growth, we invite a client development manager. Responsibilities: - Develop and retain an existing client base of small and medium businesses. - Work with additional sales: upsell and cross-sell. - Identify client needs and offer suitable products and solutions. - Inform clients about new products and service capabilities. - Assist clients with organizational and service usage issues. - Interact with internal departments on product development and improving client experience.

Experience in client service, account management, or B2B sales. Skills in negotiation, handling objections, and identifying client needs. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Experience in client base segmentation and prioritizing: potential for additional sales, churn risk, and other metrics. Willingness to work with large volumes of information and learn quickly. Experience with CRM systems, 1C, and Confluence. Advantage: experience with SaaS products and large client bases.

Official employment under the Russian Labor Code from the first working day. Fully white salary paid twice a month (from 200k RUB). Medical insurance after probation.
