Sales Manager for Business Packaging

We provide comprehensive business packaging: commercial and investment presentations, websites, Yandex Maps and 2GIS business profile setup and promotion, packaging for companies and products, and complex solutions for entrepreneurs. The main task is to attract new clients, identify their needs, and close deals. Responsibilities: make outbound calls to potential clients, work with cold and warm databases, identify needs, present services and solutions, guide clients to pricing and payment, follow up with undecided clients, maintain correspondence, track each stage in CRM or spreadsheet, control your sales funnel, analyze rejection reasons, and improve conversion. Provide a weekly KPI report. Minimum work norm: 30 targeted calls per day, 150 per week, 600+ per month. We track talk-to-talk rates, interested clients, scheduled demos, sent proposals, follow-ups, closed deals, total sales, average check, and funnel conversion. Workflow: weekly plan and analysis of plan vs. actual vs. results.

No fear of cold calls, confident communication with entrepreneurs and decision-makers, ability to work autonomously, follow through on commitments, handle objections, goal-oriented, comfortable with numbers, analytical, understands link between systematic actions and financial results, willing to exceed plans. Experience in B2B sales, business services, marketing, websites, design, consulting, or other intellectual services is a plus.

Commission-based: 15% of sales up to 499,999 RUB/month, 17% for 500,000 RUB, 20% for 800,000 RUB. Example: 300k sales = 45k income, 500k = 85k, 800k = 160k, 1M = 200k. Remote work.
