We are an educational project that teaches creating short videos using neural networks. Our graduates receive orders from Forbes companies and achieve stable income from home using just a phone. Before the active season, we are expanding the sales department. No cold calls. You work only with a warm base: clients leave applications, take a free test drive, and come to meetings already warmed up. A separate qualification department schedules them into your calendar. Responsibilities: - Conduct online video meetings with interested clients (up to 8 meetings per day) - Identify client tasks and select training program - Handle objections, help make decisions - Close deals, assist with installment payment - Follow up with undecided clients - Maintain CRM - Meet personal sales targets

• Sales experience from 1.5 years (preferably online schools, EdTech, info-business) • Excellent verbal and written communication • Confident CRM usage, high typing speed • Ability to connect with audience aged 45+ (main clients are women from regions, often first-time buyers - need human approach without pressure) • Confident handling of objections like 'expensive', 'will consult with husband', 'what if it doesn't work' • Stable internet, quiet workspace, headset, good camera • Discipline, autonomy, empathy, calm temperament

• Remote work, 5/2, 40 hours per week, floating days off • Main working hours: second half of day Moscow time (until 22:00) • Transparent motivation: % from sales + bonuses for meeting plan • Regular payments without delays • Training before start, ready-made scripts, mentor support • Warm leads, established funnel, live product with real cases • Income: beginners 80,000–100,000 RUB per month; average from 140,000 RUB; strong 250,000 RUB and above. No upper limit.
