Sales Manager for creative agency Secret Gang, remote, full-time, salary negotiable.

Secret Gang is a full-cycle creative agency: branding, design, digital, SMM, video production, events, and AI solutions. Our clients include VkusVill, Yandex, Skolkovo, VK Fest, X5 Foundation 'Vychyruem', 4 Laps, and Oskelly. We are a small in-house team with strong design expertise. What to do: — Attract new clients: find companies, get acquainted, negotiate, and talk about us so they want to fill out a brief; — Work with large businesses that have launches, rebranding, new product releases, or scaling; — Develop cooperation with current and past clients, upsell; — Sell long-term regular projects; — Prepare commercial proposals and presentations; — Maintain CRM and reporting on deals.

— Successful experience in B2B sales, necessarily in advertising, design, or marketing; — Ability to work with cold outreach and reach decision-makers; — Independence, responsibility, and attention to deadlines; — Interest in design and creative industry; — Agency sales experience would be a plus.
