Sales Manager / Client Relationship Manager

Remote sales and client service manager for a growing elderly care company. Cold/warm calls, sales funnel management, CRM (amoCRM). Salary from 40,000 RUB/month + bonuses, up to 100k RUB.

A stable, actively growing elderly care company is looking for a Sales Manager and a Client Relationship Manager for remote work. Responsibilities: - Active cold and warm calls to clients, handling incoming requests and consulting on company services. - Managing clients through the sales funnel, identifying needs and selecting optimal placement conditions in care homes. - First two weeks — intensive call block and immersion into product specifics and client base: 200-300 calls on cold/warm base (without this stage effective selling is impossible). - Supporting and caring for clients during decision-making. - Working in amoCRM: recording all deal stages, maintaining the database, strict accounting and reporting.

Candidates requirements: - Russian citizenship and residence, time zone: Moscow +/- 3 hours. - Experience in active service sales, client relationship management. - Understanding of sales funnel metrics and iron discipline: able to work for results, not wait for a request to close itself. - Excellent communication skills, confident and pleasant voice, competent speech, empathy and stress resistance. - PC, stable internet, headset and quiet environment during working hours. - Confident CRM skills (preferably amoCRM).

Working conditions: - Remote work, 2/2 schedule from 09:00 to 21:00 with breaks for lunch and rest. - Probation period 2 weeks, pay 3,000 RUB per day. After probation: fixed 40,000 RUB per month (15 shifts) + bonus for results/sales. Total income up to 100k RUB and above. - Possible transfer to the care service. Total income from 70k RUB and above.
