Secret Gang is a full-cycle creative agency: branding, design, digital, SMM, video production, events, and AI solutions. Clients include VkusVill, Yandex, Skolkovo, VK Fest, X5 Foundation 'Vyruchaem', 4 Lapy, and Oskelly. Responsibilities: - Attract new clients: find companies, get acquainted, negotiate, and present the agency; - Work with large businesses that are launching, rebranding, releasing new products, or scaling; - Develop collaboration with current and past clients, upsell; - Sell long-term recurring projects; - Prepare commercial proposals and presentations; - Maintain CRM and deal reporting.

Successful experience in B2B sales, mandatory in advertising, design, or marketing; Ability to work with a cold base and reach decision-makers; Independent, responsible, and attentive to deadlines; Interest in design and the creative industry. Nice to have: experience in agency sales.
