Sales and Point Development Administrator

Sales and development administrator for a retail point at TC Sadovod, Moscow. Clothing, lingerie, home goods. Salary from 150,000 RUB/month. 5/2 schedule, partial remote.

Location: Moscow, TC Sadovod (indoor part). Product categories: clothing, women's lingerie, home goods, stock of Russian brands. Tasks: - Organize the point - Increase offline traffic - Launch active sales via Telegram / Instagram / Max - Develop customer base - Supervise salesperson, display, stock, 1C and reporting - Every two weeks substitute the salesperson from 8:00 to 18:00

- Experience as a strong salesperson (showroom, store, salon, or sales manager via messengers) - Personal sales, initiative - Competent Russian language - Confident social media skills - Willingness to work at Sadovod - Experience as an administrator is not required

Payment: first month fixed 150,000 RUB; then tentatively 100,000 RUB + bonus for results (but not less than 150,000 RUB per month). Schedule: 5/2, floating days off. Some tasks can be done remotely.
