Rust Developer

Rust Developer for a proprietary intelligent platform for large retail chains. Fully remote, full-time, salary 200,000–250,000 RUB/month.

Development and evolution of product features in Rust. Gradual migration of existing functionality from Perl to Rust. Development and optimization of the calculation engine: processing many variations, parallel computations, searching for optimal combinations. Development of backend services and APIs, work with databases and integrations.

Knowledge of the Rust programming language. Experience with parallel computing on the CPU. Understanding of client-server interaction principles, knowledge of HTTP and REST. Proficiency in SQL and ability to design relational databases. Ability to independently formulate and prioritize tasks. Linux command line skills.

Fully remote work. Full-time employment, flexible start of the working day. Salary — 200,000–250,000 RUB per month, no reduction during probation period. Probation period — 3 months. Registration under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation or civil contract. The company has state IT accreditation. Use of Jira and Confluence.
