Senior Rust Developer — Ethereum / Lean Consensus

R&D company hiring Senior Rust developers for Lean Consensus client implementation, salary $5000 USD.

Design architecture and implement the client in Rust according to specification; prepare a roadmap; set up development with AI tools and OpenSpec, tests and CI; ensure compatibility with other clients in the testnet and optimize performance.

Confident Rust, including multithreading and async; experience with systems software or distributed systems; understanding of blockchain and consensus; skills in working with specifications, testing, and profiling. Important: independence, responsibility for code when using AI, and confident English. A plus: experience developing blockchain clients, validators, or consensus protocols, contributions to open source.
