Develop backend services and infrastructure in Rust. Work with blockchain nodes and network infrastructure (RPC, validators). Integrate with various L1/L2 blockchains. Optimize performance and stability of services. Develop monitoring and automation tools.

Strong production experience with Rust. Experience in backend development and asynchronous systems. Understanding of blockchain principles. Experience with Linux, Docker, DevOps tools. Ability to work with complex distributed systems. Nice to have: Experience with Solana / Ethereum / Substrate. Experience with blockchain nodes and RPC. Experience with DevOps / cloud infrastructure. Knowledge of Kubernetes / Terraform.
