Head of Media Projects

Head of Media Projects at LyudiPeople. Moscow. Partial remote work. Organizing the work of project managers, developing communication strategies, monitoring project execution, and managing client portfolios.

LYUDIPEOPLE is a leading media agency with over 15 years of experience in the Russian market. We specialize in creating corporate media (from newspapers and magazines to websites, social networks, and media ecosystems). Our portfolio includes major Russian companies such as RZD, Norilsk Nickel, RUSAL, Gazprom Neft, Uralsib, TMK, SIBUR, and others. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Organizing the work of project managers (editors, heads of media projects), recruiting and training staff. • Organizing and controlling interdepartmental interaction (design, content, development, SMM). • Developing comprehensive communication strategies for clients: creating high-quality and relevant content for clients, building interaction within project teams and with the client (task delegation, clarifying scope and deadlines). • Monitoring the execution of media projects (deadlines, statuses, service quality, and adherence to client agreements). • Managing client portfolios: attracting new clients, developing current areas, building long-term relationships, analyzing feedback, assessing risks and needs for business growth.

REQUIREMENTS: • Higher education in journalism, communications, management, marketing, or related fields. • Experience in managing media or content projects (at least 5 years), strategic planning, and project management skills. • Systemic approach and organization, readiness to manage projects from initial ideas to completion, monitoring KPI achievement and deadline adherence, ability to maintain momentum. • Deep understanding of digital media and corporate communications: SMM, SEO, analytics, working with CMS and teams. • Leadership skills: team motivation, staff recruitment, experience in communication and negotiation with top-level executives and business owners. • Experience working with major clients: service sales, relationship management, KPI and risk analysis, experience in promoting products and services. • Proficient in tools: Google Workspace, Bitrix24, PowerPoint.

CONDITIONS: • Full-time employment (hybrid work mode). • Income level - based on interview results.
