Rental Lawyer

Large international fashion company seeks a Rental Lawyer to handle lease agreements, negotiations, and disputes. 5/2 schedule, 1 remote day, office in Moscow City. Competitive salary with annual bonus and benefits.

Preparation, conclusion, and state registration of lease agreements and additional agreements, preparation of acts/notifications. Negotiations with counterparties on real estate lease terms. Court disputes on real estate lease. Consumer protection disputes (including court). Work with supervisory authorities (Rospotrebnadzor, prosecutor's office, police, etc.). Contract work, interaction with insurance companies.

Higher legal education. Relevant experience in real estate leasing (experience in retail, development, or law firms is a plus). English: Upper-Intermediate (B2-C1). Ability to work autonomously, multitasking. Excellent communication skills, analytical approach, attention to detail.

Work in a large international fashion company. Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, replacement of a main employee during maternity leave.
