Service of online retail of electronics and appliances. Tasks: 1. Answer questions about orders, delivery, payment, returns, and product availability. 2. Check order info in CRM, forward requests to logistics, store, or other department if needed. 3. Log repeat requests, customer issues, and website problems in the work system. 4. Most important: dialogue quality - clear wording, polite tone, no extra information, and timely responses.

1. Priority to candidates with 5+ months of support experience and CRM knowledge, but open to quick-learning adults without experience. 2. Calm attitude towards repetitive questions and ability to avoid conflicts with dissatisfied customers. Willingness to follow instructions strictly. 3. Written literacy and ability to process requests quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Cooperation only with Russian citizens.

Fully remote freelance format. First month salary: 51,220 RUB/month, rate per full shift 1,970 RUB/8h, minimum 15 shifts per month. Part-time: 1,230 RUB/5h plus weekly bonus 3,700 RUB for high dialogue quality ratings. Free introductory online training: 2 days, covering template base, instructions, CRM, rules.
