Seeking a leader to launch and profit a regional banking business. Build a team, open a branch, and establish a sustainable business. Location: Omsk / Ufa.

Launch and develop the bank in the region (including from scratch in Ufa). Form and manage a team (retail, corporate, back-office functions). Develop the client base: corporate clients, VIPs, salary projects. Achieve business plans and profitability. Manage P&L, risks, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Scope: Manage retail and corporate business + support functions. Teams of up to 40+ employees. Full cycle of branch management.

Experience in managing banking business / branch. Ability to attract corporate clients and build a portfolio. Understanding of banking business economics and risks. Ability to quickly assemble and scale a team. Entrepreneurial approach and results orientation. Strong advantage: Experience launching a branch / business from scratch. Own client base (including foreign economic activity). Ready-made team.

Fixed income + bonus (discussed individually). Remote format during the launch phase (Ufa). Role with a high degree of autonomy and influence.
