Tasks and conditions: Ideas and trends: • Follow trends on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and implement them • Analyze viral videos: why they "take off" • Collect ideas, scripts, and visual solutions into a content database Preparation for filming: • Create scripts (strong hook, story, CTA) • Prepare shooting briefs • Select locations, props, looks • Search for and coordinate models/actors/bloggers • Plan content release schedule Filming: • Assist on set: monitor the frame, angles, and content quality • Control timing and takes • Track light, sound, and overall result Editing and finalization: • Transfer materials for editing with clear briefs • Monitor the dynamics of the video and attention span • Check subtitles, graphics, sound • Make edits and bring to completion Organization and processes: • Manage tasks and control deadlines (Pyrus, etc.) • Prepare estimates, timelines, and reports • Maintain team communication • Maintain content database and archive Additionally: • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions • Do simple editing in CapCut • Search for bloggers and launch collaborations • Test new content formats

• Experienced specialist in content creation, with deep knowledge of trends and production skills, capable of analyzing and utilizing the potential of new formats and viral elements on TikTok, Instagram (Reels), YouTube Shorts platforms. • Willingness to travel to locations. • Flexibility and independence: most interaction will be online, with remote teams.
