We are looking for a content producer for an artist and blogger with an audience of 2+ million. Responsibilities include developing a content strategy, refining scripts, finding solutions for increasing views and subscribers, and developing a concept for a children's series. Experience working with bloggers is mandatory. Fixed salary: 50,000 rubles during the probation period, followed by performance-based bonuses.

We are looking for a content producer who thinks strategically and is responsible for market capture and audience growth, not just for producing individual pieces of content. Thinking in terms of market capture and competitors, not just: 'let's shoot 30 Reels'. Key task: Not 'making Reels'. But structuring content so that it: — holds attention — gains views — leads to audience growth Responsibilities: 1. Personal Brand development of content strategy and formats refinement of scripts and hooks quality control of content and editing finding solutions that lead to increased views and subscribers 2. Children's Series development of concept and storylines scriptwriting organization of the filming process adaptation for different platforms

Requirements: proven experience in content creation with measurable results (views / growth) understanding of attention-grabbing and virality mechanics ability to think in terms of formats and strategies, not individual videos ability to critically evaluate ideas and propose stronger solutions independence and responsibility for results Additionally important: experience working specifically with bloggers understanding the specifics of content for personal brands and broad audiences work only with expert content (talking head format) no experience in the blogger format is not suitable

Conditions: You have no ceiling for growth, from Content Producer to Head of a large media outlet. Example: Vlad A4 Fixed salary: 50,000 rubles during the probation period, then bonuses for results (audience growth / views / integrations) will be discussed. 1 million views + salary increase, percentage of advertising attracted. Important: KPI is not the amount of content published. KPI is audience and view growth.
