NDA is looking for a Reddit Community Manager to engage in discussions on health/wellness subreddits in English. The role involves providing value, sharing expertise, and understanding Reddit culture. Remote work, team communication in Russian.

Daily participation in discussions in health/wellness subreddits in English - provide value, answer questions, share experience - Maintain a tone of voice at the level of a living person - not a brand, not a marketer, but a real community member - Understand the topic: understand basic health concepts, be able to refer to NICE/NHS/clinical recommendations naturally, without copy-pasting - Feel the line between a useful comment and spam - and never cross it - Track metrics: which topics and formats drive traffic, what converts, what doesn't

Write in English fluently and naturally - like a native or very close to it - Understand Reddit culture: what will be upvoted, what will be downvoted, how r/AskDocs differs from r/HealthAnxiety - Know how to work on Reddit not only for reach but also for customer acquisition - Able to write convincingly in the first person - personal stories, opinions, advice, without the feeling "a bot wrote this" - Interested in health and prevention topics - not necessarily a doctor, but the topic is not alien to you - Use AI tools for research and preparation - but the final text is always human
