Middle Community Manager role in the Roblox ecosystem, focusing on building and growing an active community. Requires 3+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and English C1+.

We are looking for a Middle Community Manager who will own the community direction for the client's projects within the Roblox ecosystem. This is NOT a role for "managing social media on a schedule." This is a role about: building a vibrant and active community, retaining the audience through content and communication, and transforming users into the core of the product. Areas of responsibility: - Managing and developing social media, channel management: Instagram, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter). - Regular content and communication with the audience, increasing engagement (ER, retention, activity). - Working with the audience: answering user questions, moderating and maintaining a healthy community, working with user feedback and pain points. - CustDev and research: conducting user interviews, gathering product insights, identifying growth opportunities for the product and marketing teams. - Community activities: conducting live streams, events, launching challenges, contests, gaming activities, developing UGC and user engagement. - Increasing activity within the community, working on retention through communication, creating a core of loyal users. - Interaction with the team: transferring insights to product and marketing, participating in the launch of new features and events, synchronizing with influence, paid, and CRM.

Experience of 3+ years in community management + experience managing international social networks + experience with gaming or digital products - Social media management (Instagram, Discord, TikTok, YouTube, X) - Strong communication skills, ability to work with audiences and conflicts - Conducting CustDev and interviews - Understanding of engagement and retention metrics - English language — C1+ level - Love for games: at least 2 games from the list: GTA V, PUBG Mobile, Minecraft, ARC Raiders, Fortnite, Path of Exile (1/2)
