Community Manager
Community Manager vacancy at fintech company Space307. Requires 3-5 years of experience in community management, understanding the role of community for business, and experience with UGC. Remote work.
We are Space307, an international full-cycle fintech company. Our team consists of 280+ employees in development and marketing. We advocate for adequacy and rationalism, work in cross-functional product teams, enjoy joint gatherings, and dislike bureaucracy. We are currently looking for a specialist for the Community Manager position. ▪️What you will be doing: ▫️Understand how the community truly lives: where people are interested, where there is no engagement or development, and why, and build solutions based on this. ▫️Formulate a website development strategy and work through user scenarios in collaboration with SEO and the development team. ▫️Organize the community structure: channels, entry and growth points, basic analytics. ▫️Work with the entire audience journey: from attracting to the community to developing an active core. ▫️Identify active and loyal people within the base, develop them, and build non-monetary motivation (roles, status, recognition). ▫️Develop community culture: set the tone, formats, and environment where people want to participate, return, and create content. ▫️Focus on what truly works and avoid bloating the system with unnecessary initiatives. ▫️Establish clear work processes for the community team and synchronization with related teams.
▪️We expect you to: ▫️Have 3–5+ years of experience in community management. ▫️Have worked with a community that thrives not on product necessity, but on interest, environment, and participation. ▫️Understand the role of community for business: it's about trust and reputation, not just engagement, and be able to translate business tasks into actions and results. ▫️Be results-oriented, not activity-focused. ▫️Develop the community at a systemic level: understand audience behavior and be able to build a path from a broad audience to a core and ambassadors. ▫️Have experience working with UGC as a system, not just one-off mechanics. ▫️Make decisions based on data and observations. ▫️Select formats, mechanics, and channels for the task. ▫️Build processes and synchronize the team (including a distributed one). ▫️Have spoken English at a B2+ level. ▫️Think from the task perspective, be able to decompose goals, and explain your decisions. ▪️Will be a plus: ▫️Experience working with international communities (excluding markets: US, EU, UK, AU). ▫️Case studies of core or ambassador growth. ▫️Experience with gamification, roles, and recognition systems. ▫️Use of AI tools for automating routine processes.
▪️What we offer: ▫️Comfort and decent conditions. Remote work from anywhere in the world, flexible start to the workday, and, of course, a competitive salary level. ▫️Care. Pleasant gifts for important life events, insurance depending on your location. ▫️A real team. Honest feedback is given here, help is provided, and everyone is committed to results. ▫️Development. We will select the best training together, and prepare you for participation in conferences at the company's expense. ▫️Events for every taste. Trainings, seminars, conferences, lectures, masterclasses. As well as team-building events and corporate parties, impressive in their scale. ▫️Hackathons, marathons, quests, and tournaments. Colleagues form teams, create cool ideas and projects, and receive equally cool prizes for them.
