— Search and attract candidates (PTO engineers, surveyors) for projects across Russia. — Conduct initial interviews and assess professional and personal qualities of applicants. — Maintain candidate database, work with responses and recommendations. — Accompany candidates at all stages of selection. — Maintain candidate database and manage processes in CRM Bitrix24.

— Willingness to work remotely and independently organize your working day. — Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting contact. — Interest in recruitment and desire to develop in HR. — Experience in recruitment is welcome, but not required — full training provided.
