HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner role in Pavlovsky Posad, Russia, from 150,000 RUB. Manage recruitment, training, and employee engagement for production staff.

Responsibilities: - Recruit production personnel and post vacancies (Russian citizens). - Organize and conduct training for production staff (including non-residents). - Develop training plans with workshop managers. - Participate in certification programs. - Develop and administer a mentoring system. - Contribute to employee growth systems and manage appraisals. - Conduct employee satisfaction surveys. - Work with the 'Work of Russia' portal. - Handle primary HR documentation. - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. - Hold adaptation and regular meetings with production staff. - Resolve conflict situations. - Design and administer motivation plans (financial and non-financial). - Maintain a positive corporate culture. - Prepare regular HR reports for the line manager.

Requirements: - At least 3 years of HR experience. - Practical experience in onboarding, development, and internal communications. - Experience with employee feedback. - Experience in preparing HR reports and collaborating with department heads. - Experience managing HR projects from initiation to implementation.
