Recruitment Manager

Recruitment Manager position at Mashkrepezh-NN trading company in Nizhny Novgorod, salary from 69,000 RUB.

Responsibilities: - Recruit staff for open positions: post vacancies in media, search and process resumes, conduct phone interviews and initial interviews with candidates. - Maintain candidate database and keep it up to date. - Support candidates from interview to start of work. - Participate in onboarding of new employees together with department heads. - Partially handle HR administration in 1C: process hiring, termination, and vacations. Training on site is provided if no relevant experience.

Requirements: - Experience in recruiting as an employer or in a recruitment agency. - Active life position, responsibility, and result orientation. - Desire to develop in HR field: recruit, conduct face-to-face interviews, interact with department heads for candidate approval. - Confident PC skills.
