Head of Recruitment

Large international company seeks Head of Recruitment in Limassol, Cyprus. Responsibilities include developing search strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment, implementing AI, and monitoring market trends.

Develop and implement search strategy (including Executive Search). Manage full recruitment cycle from profiling to candidate onboarding. Reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring quality. Develop search channels: headhunting, networking, professional communities. Advise business stakeholders and build partnerships. Monitor hiring plans and timely vacancy closure. Track labor market, salary trends, and competitive environment. Generate analytical reports on recruitment KPIs. Participate in AI implementation in recruitment processes. Oversee new employee onboarding.

5+ years of recruitment experience (required experience closing managerial and expert positions). Ability to handle up to 15 searches simultaneously. Fluent English. Knowledge of tools: Boolean search, headhunting, networking, AI. Data handling and recruitment metrics building. High communication level and ability to build trust with business. Result-oriented and stress-resistant.

Salary plus regular bonuses for KPI achievement. Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office / 1 day remote. Comfortable office in Cyprus. Option to combine work from home and office.
