Recruitment Manager

Recruitment Manager at NICEPRICECAFE, salary 60,000 RUB, hybrid in Moscow. Recruiting line staff from CIS countries.

Responsibilities: - Find and hire line staff from CIS countries: cooks, sous-chefs, technical staff. - Create and post vacancies on Avito, HH, and specialized communities. - Conduct negotiations and interviews with candidates, assess their skills and motivation. - Maintain contact with candidates until they start work and assist in adaptation.

Requirements: - At least 1 year of recruiting experience. - Fluent in Kyrgyz (oral and written). - Knowledge of Tajik or Uzbek is a plus. - Understanding of hiring specifics for Central Asian employees and knowledge of candidate search channels. - Willingness to meet deadlines.

Conditions: - Hybrid, Moscow.
