Recruitment Manager at ADAMOS LOGISTIC, up to 120,000 RUB, Moscow office. Full-cycle recruitment, headhunting, and candidate management.

Full-cycle recruitment from request to candidate onboarding. Active search (headhunting, direct search) and handling responses on job sites. Conducting phone interviews and organizing interviews with hiring managers. Managing job site accounts and maintaining candidate database in CRM.

Confirmed experience in recruitment (mass and targeted hiring). Experience in transport logistics or hiring category E drivers is a big advantage. Sales skills: ability to handle objections, not afraid of cold calls, treat rejections as part of the process. Autonomy: ability to build hiring funnel, work with CRM and databases without constant supervision. Result-oriented: focus on closed candidates, not number of calls.
