Independent candidate search through recruitment platforms (Avito, HH, social networks, referrals) and working with responses. Conducting initial interviews, assessment, and supporting candidates until they start work. Monitoring the labor market and competitors' offers. Participating in developing strategies for attracting personnel.

At least 2 years of recruitment experience (required). Experience in retail is an advantage (mass recruitment, work with line personnel). Ability to quickly adapt and work with a large volume of vacancies. Competent oral and written communication, candidate assessment skills. Knowledge of modern search channels and assessment tools.
