C&B Manager

An international FMCG company is looking for a C&B Manager to develop compensation and benefits strategy. Full-time, office in Moscow center.

Development of C&B strategy, grading system, salary ranges and job evaluation; market and salary analysis with recommendations on compensation positioning; management of salary reviews, bonuses, MBO and motivation programs; development and management of benefits programs (private medical insurance, life insurance, pension and other perks); ensuring internal equity and competitiveness of remuneration; budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and reporting; interaction with top management, HR and external partners; development of C&B policies and compliance with legislation.

At least 5 years of experience in C&B; knowledge of labor and tax legislation; advanced Excel skills, experience with large data sets; experience with Power BI, 1C, Workday, SAP is a plus; experience in budgeting and preparing analytics for management; English at least Upper-Intermediate (B2).
