We are looking for a person to help our team consistently fill internships and bring candidates to full-time employment. We have a large flow of contact center operator hiring. What to do: - Plan hiring for each internship; - Distribute the plan among recruiters; - Monitor confirmations and no-shows; - Help recruiters fill shortfalls; - Join the hiring process yourself if necessary; - Monitor the funnel and conversions; - Train and onboard new recruiters; - Review interviews and mistakes; - Find new candidate sources; - Work with CRM, spreadsheets, and reporting; - Be responsible for the result: how many people were gathered for the internship and how many joined the staff.

A strong mass recruiter ready to manage a team and take responsibility for the overall result. Experience in hiring contact center operators, sales, and other mass positions is especially interesting. It is important to understand not only recruitment but the whole chain: candidate → interview → confirmation → internship → onboarding → staff.
