ITM Inc. is hiring a Senior/Lead QA Engineer with 10+ years of experience in API, C#, Playwright, PostgreSQL, and GitHub Actions. The role requires C1 English and C2 Russian, with a salary of $4,000 - $8,000 gross per month. The position is full-time and remote within Europe (excluding Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Germany, UK).

Lead QA Engineer with experience in testing messaging platforms and high knowledge of Russian and English languages, residing in any European country except Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Germany, UK. TASKS: 1. Plan and maintain test coverage (functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end), determining which tests should be performed manually and which automated. 2. Develop, implement, and maintain automated tests in C# and Playwright (UI and API), integrated into CI/CD (GitHub Actions). 3. Actively participate in the analysis and clarification of requirements, helping to define acceptance criteria and identify risks together with developers, analysts, and DevOps. 4. You will have 1 QA Engineer to assist you. You will independently determine the testing strategy, maintain test documentation, and independently write and conduct tests.

1. Experience of 6+ years with high-load API products and/or messaging platforms/telecommunications. 2. Experience of 8+ years in the role of QA Engineer. 3. Hands-on experience in automated testing of 6+ years in C#, including UI and API testing. 4. Experience of 3+ years with Playwright or similar tools. 5. Experience of 1 to 3 years in the role of Lead QA Engineer. 6. Experience of 3+ years with PostgreSQL for preparing and analyzing test data. 7. Experience of 3+ years with GitHub Actions: setting up and maintaining test pipelines and quality gates. 8. 2+ years of experience in defining quality control processes, testing strategies, and maintaining test documentation. 9. Experience of 3+ years with monitoring/observability tools and using production data to adjust the testing strategy. 10. Experience of 3+ years in non-functional testing: performance, load, security, or reliability testing. 11. Experience of 3+ years in automated testing in Python. 12. Conversational English at C1+ level (English-speaking team).
