NINSAR LLC is looking for a QA Engineer (Senior/Lead) for remote work. Salary is discussed based on interview results. Flexible start of the day, employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

We are actively looking for a QA Engineer (Senior/Lead) (remote) for the NINSAR development team. What you will do: • Communicate business requirements to the team and develop the QA team; • Manage the efficiency of the testing process; • Develop and implement test documentation (test cases, checklists); • Interact with the development team and participate in game updates.

We expect: • Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years; • Experience in Gamedev testing for at least 6 years (midcore / hardcore projects); • Strong technical expertise and experience in developing the technical part of the direction: building and improving testing approaches, influencing product quality and stability; • Understanding of the software development process and the role of testing in this process; • Understanding of client-server architecture; • High communication and analytical skills, proactivity, systematic approach.
