Senior Tech Lead QA for a crypto fintech product. Fully remote role focusing on technical ownership of QA, automated coverage, and quality standards. Requires 7+ years of QA experience, mobile and fintech/crypto background.

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Tech Lead QA for a crypto fintech product. We build a non-custodial crypto wallet (iOS/Android), a crypto card, and investing products. Quality is paramount as our users trust us with their assets. You will join a lean product team and take technical ownership of QA, with no people management overhead. You will have real influence on standards, processes, and how quality is built across the product. You will work closely with developers to ensure automated coverage is effective.

7+ years in QA 3+ years on mobile products (iOS/Android) Fintech or crypto background Understanding of blockchain mechanics (wallets, swaps, bridges, ERC-20/BEP-20, seed phrases) Strong manual testing skills across mobile + API (Postman, Charles or similar) Experience with collaborative automation and test case writing Experience with QA metrics & reporting (defect rate, escape rate, CFR/LT) Experience with monitoring tools (Sentry, Firebase, Grafana) Mentoring experience (1-2 engineers, 6+ months) Professional fluency in English & Russian languages
