PSP Manager position in iGaming, focusing on payment infrastructure development and optimization. Responsibilities include integrating new PSPs, negotiating with providers, and collaborating with development and finance teams. Requires experience in PSP/fintech/e-commerce and English B2+.

Our client is looking for a specialist to take on the development and optimization of payment infrastructure. What to do: • Integrate new PSPs for different GEOs • Optimize payment processes and increase their stability • Negotiate with providers and improve conditions • Work with development: setting tasks and controlling deadlines • Analyze transactions, identify reasons for rejections, and resolve incidents • Interact with finance and internal teams • Prepare reports and improve the user experience of payments

What is important: • Experience in PSP / fintech / e-commerce • Negotiation and partner management skills • Understanding of payment systems and methods • Ability to work with tech teams and identify errors (IPN, firewall, etc.) • English B2+ Will be a plus: Experience with multiple PSPs and payment process analytics
