International fintech company with 8 years of history is looking for a specialist to develop payment infrastructure in the Russian market. The portfolio includes 18 payment solutions, with active expansion in Europe, Asia, and MENA. What you will do: - Connect new payment gateways and providers in the Russian Federation - Negotiate and conclude agreements with banks/PSPs - Optimize payment processes and identify growth opportunities - Coordinate integrations with internal teams - Build long-term partnerships

Candidate requirements: - 2+ years of experience with PSPs, banks, or payment providers - Deep knowledge of the Russian payment market: regulation, processing, key players - Real contacts and connections in the industry - Ability to negotiate and close deals - Independence, proactivity, focus on results - English from B2 - a plus
