Limbheim Studio brings game worlds to life by creating stunning visuals for projects like DotA 2 and Diablo IV. We are currently working on 17 exciting projects and are looking for a Project Manager to join our creative and driven team. What you will do: Lead projects end-to-end, owning timelines, budget, scope, quality, and client satisfaction; Plan team work, track progress, and keep all stakeholders aligned and informed; Maintain clear and realistic timelines, spotting and communicating risks early; Monitor project budgets and proactively address potential overruns; Manage scope and changes, clearly outlining their impact on time, cost, and quality; Identify and mitigate risks before they become issues; Set up and adapt efficient workflows and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, etc.); Coordinate the team and support smooth collaboration across roles; Provide clear and regular status updates to the team, client, and stakeholders; Support a healthy team environment and help prevent burnout; Run retrospectives and continuously improve processes; Escalate when there are risks to budget, timelines, or client agreements.
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in game art outsourcing, co-development, or similar creative outsourcing environments; Experience managing teams of 20–30+ people; English C1; Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, hybrid) and ability to select the right approach per project; Experience with budget management, forecasting, and cost tracking at project level; Hands-on experience with Jira (workflows, boards, statuses, task rules); Strong risk management skills; Experience running retrospectives and implementing process improvements; Location outside sanctioned regions; Ready to relocate in Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur (optional)
